Early Season by Ron Davis (Paperback)

"For an industrious group of thirteen-year-old boys, summer could mean afternoons spent on the banks of the Wisconsin River in a dubious quest for the elusive glamour fish, the carp. Filled with humor, heart, and home, the essays in Early Season represent the best of Wisconsin writer Ron Davis"--
