**Christina Henry** is a horror and dark fantasy author whose works include _The House That Horror Built_, _Good Girls Don't Die_, _Horseman_, _Near the Bone_, _The Ghost Tree_, _The Girl in Red_, _The Mermaid_, _Lost Boy_, The Chronicles of Alice series (_Alice_, _Red Queen_ and _Looking Glass_) and the seven-book urban fantasy Black Wings series.

Her short stories have been featured in the anthologies _Elemental Forces_, _Cursed_, _Twice Cursed_, _Giving the Devil His Due_ and _Kicking It_.

She enjoys running long distances, reading anything she can get her hands on and watching movies with samurai, zombies and/or subtitles in her spare time. She lives in Chicago with her husband and son.
