### Author Biography

Richard Chizmar is the author of _New York Times_ bestselling novels _Chasing the Boogeyman,_ _Becoming the Boogeyman, Memorials_, and _Widow's Point: The Complete Haunting_ (cowritten with son, W.H. Chizmar), and coauthor (with Stephen King) of the _New York Times_ bestselling novella _Gwendy's Button_ _Box_, the novel _Gwendy's Final Task_, and the solo novella _Gwendy's Magic Feather_. His short fiction has appeared in dozens of publications, most recently, the bestselling anthology, _The End of The World as We Know It: New Stories of Stephen King's_ _The Stand_. He is the founder and publisher of the specialty press publisher of horror and dark suspense, Cemetery Dance. He has won two World Fantasy awards, four International Horror Guild awards, and the HWA's Board of Trustees award.
